For bonafide fundraising benefit events, 5150 Music Supply will donate 50% of the above TRX44T rental package system fee directly to your verifiable charitable organization! RENTAL DEPOSIT
  • All rentals require a minimum deposit of $300
  • Credit card deposits only.
  • We want to refund your entire deposit and avoid any problems. Please respect the equipment and return it clean, on time, and in working order.
  • Unwound, twisted, and/or tangled cables make us crazy. $5 charge and possible denial of future rentals.
RENTAL POLICIES
  • Please schedule as much in advance as possible, to make sure equipment is available when needed.
  • Rentals are to be paid when equipment is picked up and/or delivered and/or set-up.
  • Return time for rentals is to be no later than the 25th hour interval on the return date or may be subject to an extra day's charge.
  • A $30.00 service charge will be added to any returned checks.
  • All equipment has been checked out by 5150 Music Supply prior to rental, is in working order, and will be checked again for damage on return.
  • Any loss or damage is the responsibility of the Renter.
  • Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of 5150 Music Supply.
  • All rentals are at the sole discretion of 5150 Music Supply.
  • Credit approval required.
  • All rates subject to change without notice.
5150 Music Supply reserves the the right to refuse service to anyone.
